Please note that due to the handmade nature of our products, it may take 1-4 business days to craft and pack your order with love. Orders are shipped from Melbourne, Australia, via Australia Post. While most deliveries arrive within 1-2 weeks, delays due to weather or seasonal factors may occur. For faster delivery, you can select Express Shipping at checkout. 

Once your order has been dispatched, shipping times are beyond our control. We cannot be held responsible for postage delays, lost parcels, or orders placed with incorrect addresses. To ensure a smooth delivery, please double-check your shipping details at checkout. If you need to update your address, contact us immediately. Unfortunately, we are unable to make changes once your order has been shipped. 

We strongly recommend choosing Tracked or Express Shipping if you would like to monitor your parcel’s journey. Please note that we cannot locate or refund untracked orders once dispatched.
